Brian joined The Strong Firm P.C. in 2012, and his practice focuses on the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Business Transactions practice groups. Having previously worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies in various fields, Brian uses his skills and experience in representing clients in a variety of business transactions and counseling on general corporate and other business matters. His practice involves a wide range of transactions, including the representation of strategic investors, private equity groups, private and public corporations, nonprofit organizations, and other entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity securities, purchase and sale of assets, financing related transactions, and other commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts for various matters. In addition, Brian has experience across many industries, and is particularly active in the commercial real estate development, energy, and restaurant services sectors.
