- Bret L. Strong is now a 3-time Iron Man. - Bret is now a 3-time Iron Man and went in front of the Supreme Court and was sworn in.
- December 13, 2011 – Joe Griffin formally named Chairman of the Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce – Strong Firm P.C. Attorney, Joe Griffin was officially introduced as Chairman of the Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce at the MCHC year end luncheon.
- December 12, 2011 – Bret Strong participated as a "Celebrity Chef" in Men Who Cook – Managing shareholder, Bret Strong, participated as a "Celebrity Chef" in the South Montgomery County Woodlands's Chamber of Commerce 6th Annual Men Who Cook Event.
- December, 2011 – Strong firm represents client in establishing operations in the United Arab Emirates and Singapore – The Strong Firm, P.C. aided client in the process of establishing operations in Dubai and Singapore.
- November 22, 2011 – Bret strong was guest speaker at "Entrepreneurs R Us" radio show – Managing shareholder, Bret Strong, participated as a guest speaker in Entrepreneurs R Us, where he discussed issues related to drafting, review and negotiation of business contracts and relationships.
- November 19, 2011 – Joe Griffin served as a Judge in the ABA Regional Arbitration Competition – Strong Firm, P.C. attorney, D. Joe Griffin served as a judge for the ABA Regional Arbitration Competition at the University of Houston Law Center.
- November 2011 – Strong firm represents a buyer group in the acquisition of Tejas Research and Engineering – Strong Firm, P.C., successfully represented buyer in the purchase of an industry leader in the area of oil and gas completion products research, design, computational analysis, and laboratory testing, in a multi-million dollar asset and real estate acquisition.
(http://www.tejasre.com) - November 2011 – The Strong firm represents client in the organization, structuring, funding and operation of a 1.1 billion project – The Strong Firm, successfully aided client in forming, funding and structuring a subsidiary company pursuant to its plans to build and operate over forty (40) produced water treatment and transportation facilities across North America, a project with an anticipated total value of approximately 1.1 billion dollars.
- November 2011 – Eric R. Thiergood Sr. quoted in several local and national articles – Strong Firm attorney, Eric R. Thiergood Sr. has been recently quoted in several publications addressing the issue of a utility company's ability to install smart meters to monitor and measure energy usage.
- November 17, 2011 – Bret Strong Presented “Connecting With Clients In The Woodlands.” – Bret Strong presented on behalf of the South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce a seminar providing valuable insight on connecting with clients in The Woodlands, Texas. - October 31, 2011 – Bret Strong admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court – Managing Shareholder, Bret Strong, was sworn in open court at the Supreme Court Building in Washington D.C. and admitted as a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
- October 23, 2011 – Firm sponsors Light the Night Montgomery County Walk – The Strong Firm, P.C. is a proud sponsor of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Montgomery County walk to be held on October 23, 2011 in Market Street, in The Woodlands.

- October 8, 2011 – The Strong Firm serves as Sponsor for the 13th Annual Hometown Celebration – On October 8, 2011, The Strong Firm P.C. served as a sponsor for the Interfaith Gala celebrating the community's 2011 Hometown Heroes. Attorneys and Staff of the firm attended the event to celebrate the honorees.
- October 8, 2011 – The Strong Firm sponsors the Annual Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas – The Strong Firm, P.C. was a proud sponsor of the 6th Annual Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas Race held on October 8, 2011 in The Woodlands Market Street. Managing Shareholder, Bret Strong, also participated as a runner in this ten mile race.
- October 1, 2011 – The Strong Firm Successfully Represents client in Asset and Real Estate Acquisition Transaction – The Strong Firm, P.C. represented client in multi-million dollar asset purchase and real estate acquisition of an oil and gas completion equipment and testing company.
- January 2010 — The Strong Firm Sponsors United Way Breakfast With Champions. – On January 19, 2010, at the Carlton Woods Clubhouse the second annual United Way “Breakfast with Champions” was held sponsored by The Strong Firm P.C. under the leadership of Bret Strong, the Chairman of the Lonestar Leaders of the Campaign. The event raised $20,000 to go toward the $3.7 million 2009-2010 Montgomery County United Way campaign goal. Houston Channel 13’s sportscaster Tim Melton along with former Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns football star Gerald Irons hosted 7 celebrity sports champions (Jim Deshaies, Tory James, Matt Bullard, Laura Wilkinson, Doug Drabek, Bill Fitch and Michael Bishop) to have breakfast with local donors in support of the Montgomery County United Way.

December 2009 — The Strong Firm Donates to United Way 50 Free Skate Nights For Big Brothers/Big Sisters. – Montgomery County United Way President Julie Martineau receives 100 tickets for The Woodlands Ice Skating Rink presented by Bret Strong of The Strong Firm Attorneys. This marks the second year, The Strong Firm has given tickets to MCUW. Big Brothers Big Sisters, a MCUW Funded Partner will receive this year's tickets.
- December 2009 — The Strong Firm Cooks up Meal at Viking Cooking School For Local Family. – The Strong Firm held its annual holiday celebration at the Viking Cooking School and Hubbell & Hudson, with its staff and friends preparing a holiday feast for a local family. The meal was delivered that evening to a local single mother undergoing cancer treatment while parenting two teenage boys.
- December 2009 — Bret Strong Named People Scene "2010 Person of the Year." – Bret Strong, Managing Partner of The Strong Firm will be featured as one of the People Scene's 2010 People of the Year. "It is an honor to be named one of the People of the Year," noted Bret. "In the twenty plus years of living in The Woodlands, I have been honored to serve many organizations and see much accomplished. It is truly a privilege to be a part of such an incredible community and I appreciate the opportunity to recognition"
- November 2009 — The Strong Firm selected as finalist for Small Business of the Year for Lone Star College - Montgomery. – Each year the Lone Star College System recognizes successful small businesses that make an impact on the local community. The Strong Firm P.C. has been selected as one of the three finalists for the Lone Star College – Montgomery.
